Build this kayak if you are in an experimental mode. This is one of only two known kayaks of this type in the world. Among its unusual characteristics are a reverse bottom (see side profile) and an extra strengthening gunwale. The original was built as an inland hunting kayak (one of the double-bladed paddle ends has a spear incorporated) so this kayak is likely to be fast and easily tipped.
